We assess each dispute in light of its circumstances and our client’s interests. We pursue negotiation where appropriate and provide representation before competent courts or in arbitration proceedings when necessary.
The firm handles commercial and civil litigation, including debt recovery. Depending on the matter, our work may involve urgent interim proceedings, arbitration or an appeal before the Court of Cassation.
