We advise investors on the legal structuring and implementation of their projects, taking account of the applicable framework and the circumstances of each investment.
Our support for investors includes reviewing investment project forms and the legal framework for industrial projects in Tunisia. For foreign investment, we examine the procedures relevant to the project, including dealings with the Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation (API) and the Industrial Land Agency (AFI).
